QFM96 is looking for college students studying marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or a related field, who are looking to gain some experience. If assisting in a wide range of activities such as producing radio commercials, voicing spots, directing talent, recording barter spots, writing scripts and learning how to use various audio programs and equipment sounds interesting, then we have a great opportunity for you!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The activities you perform will provide you with invaluable experience and broad exposure to radio operations as they support one of Central Ohio’s premier stations. It’s not a gopher job where you’re running to get people coffee all day. You actually get to take part in many of the daily operations of a radio production department, including writing scripts and sponsorships, voice acting, dubbing of spots and more! You’ll get a total behind the scenes look at how a radio station operates.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
You’ll earn college credit for your intern duties and the cool stuff you get to do and see will make it well worth your time. And speaking of time, your internship activities will be scheduled around your school hours and made during times that are convenient for you.
